How It Works

Log In – Use your Landlord ID (username) and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Lost Your Password” to reset.

Applications/Requests – Send prospective tenant applications using the type you need (e.g. full screening, criminal check, etc.).

Get Reports – Once the screening is complete, you’ll get an email with a link to your report. Click, view, save, or print.

Manage Documents – All your past landlord reports are stored here, ready for you — no expiration, accessible anytime.

We take the security of your data seriously. Your reports are protected via secure login. Your personal landlord/member ID is used to authenticate access. Passwords and private documents must be kept confidential. We also comply with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and privacy regulations.
