How to fill out the online application.

LTS has provided instruction through out the application for your convenience.

  • You need the member ID number before you can start filling out the application.
  • Once submitted a copy will go to Landlord Tenant Services and the person you applied with.
  • Fill out the application completely with phone numbers and any requested information to ensure a quick turnaround time.
  • Provide current and previous employment information with phone numbers. Put n/a in areas with asterick that are not amicable.
  • Provide current and previous landlord information with phone numbers.
  • Each person will be required to fill out an application.
  • Payment is due at the time the application is submitted by credit, debit card, or PayPal.
  • Make sure you sign the application. LTS cannot process the application without written consent signed by you.
  • Make sure the rental amount is on the application.

LTS Criteria

  • You must provide a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • No evictions.
  • You need at least three times the monthly rental amount (gross).
  • Reasonable credit.
  • Most students will need a co-signer.
  • LTS only updates an application within seven days of receiving it, except for VOR (verification of residence) and VOE (verification of employment) forms. 
  • If you are employed, you MUST fill in the employment section, including DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, etc. LTS will not fill this information in for you.
  • We only accept original documents (paycheck stubs, award letters, tax returns, bank statements, ledgers, etc). Your name must be on all documents.
  • ALL communication with prospective tenants is done through text, email, or phone. Our text number is 833-375-7748. 
  • LTS is a third party and not affiliated with any landlord. After completing the verification process, we return it to the landlord you applied with. 

Full Screening Application

Filled out by a prospective tenant. Each person occupying the property will fill out this application. This includes a criminal background check, employment verification, landlord history, credit check, and personal profile

$60 Non-refundable application fee per person.

Employment Check Application

Filled out by a person seeking employment as required by employer.

$40 Non-refundable application fee per person.

Commercial Lease Application

Filled out by a person(s) wanting to occupy a commercial space or building.

$80 Non-refundable application fee.

Co-Signer Application

Filled out by a person accepting the responsibility of the lease.

$60 Non-refundable application fee per person.

Criminal Check Application

Filled out by a person needing an occupancy permit and/or criminal check only. Includes a criminal check in every state and county, credit check, and personal profile.

$40 Non-refundable application fee per person.
